Changed Women’s Ministry is a non-profit organization and our mission is to encourage women to find identity in Christ while embracing forgiveness, purpose and freedom.
Changed Women’s Retreat is an opportunity for any woman, no matter what age or stage of life, to get away from the demands of the world and press in closer to Jesus. Closer to Him where we can begin to see ourselves as He sees us. To the place where we begin to understand that our identity is in Christ and not what the world says we could or should be. The place where we feel loved, cherished and pursued by God. The confidence that comes from knowing and believing these things empowers us to play our irreplaceable role in this world. LOOKING TO BUILD A GREAT FAMILY?
Every family ends up somewhere, very few end up somewhere on purpose!
The “iD” stands for Intentional Direction. Family-iD helps families like yours uncover and put in writing your unique purpose and passion. This website is here to help you “live it out” and “pass it on”.
The Family-iD workshop will provide a blend of instruction, fun, fellowship, and discovery time to help identify God’s purpose and value for your family.
Each family who invests the time it takes to attend the workshops or go through the video small group series will have successfully equipped themselves with a new multi-generations road map – we call it your Family-iD.

We understand the struggle
The founders of S.T.O.R.M, George and Meredith Shafer, know firsthand the devastation of addiction. After decades of bondage, George attempted to end his life on September 28th, 2013. Meredith was left to navigate the waters of recovery on her own. Through their hardships and struggles, they found restoration in their family through God, church, and available treatment options.
Reaching a businessman right where he is to help him become the man God designed him to be.
Who are we?
We’re a group of men in the marketplace living out our faith in authentic relationships.
What does that look like?
For men who have no understanding of the promises of Jesus, we simply spend time interacting with them, at their pace, on such topics as:
- What’s the real purpose of life
- How Christianity and the Bible still credible after all these years
- How to be a better professional
- How to make marriage work
- Where is God?
- Who is Jesus?
- How to honestly be accepted and forgiven?

“Love Them Til They Shine”
I have been blessed to travel many roads on my athletic journey and fortunate to learn from extraordinarily gifted people. The one desire I detected from every teammate I’ve had was to be significant. All too often in sports, we allow the media to define the pulse of significance by what you get. What we are becoming is far more important than what we get. More than a decade after retiring from professional football I started to recognize some truths that have been ingrained into me by some remarkable leaders. Leadership is the ability to SpeakLife into others. It’s now our passion to change the environment, define the culture and inspire action while DOMINATING in the areas we can always control: EFFORT – ATTITUDE – SPORTSMANSHIP.
“The Best” is the one who makes everyone else better,
Behind the Walls
With a dedicated staff and volunteers numbering in the thousands, the ministry is known for its high-energy Day of Champions and Weekend of Champions events conducted inside prisons across the country. Bill Glass says a board member kept badgering him to take his message into prison. “I kept resisting. I was frightened that I wouldn’t fit in with street kids and gangsters in prison.” After overcoming his fears, he saw dramatic results. “I was thrown into it kicking and screaming, but the response from the inmates was just unbelievable,” he said.
